We wanted to simplify our wardrobes, so we set out to create a new standard for clothing that lets us do more with less. And, we do it in a way that is conscious.

To us, that means our clothing is...

technical

We work with engineers around the world to find and create technologically advanced fabrics, each inspired by our favorite silks and other classic fabrics and chosen for their superhero powers (from thermo-regulation to wrinkle release).

We hand-pick every factory for their innovative perspective and technology expertise, so we can use world-class construction techniques for longer lasting garments and to get the details just right. Our mission is to create clothing of our future.

seasonless

We’re inspired by these staples in our wardrobe — the pieces that just work, whatever the weather or occasion.

Instead of buying another piece when the temperature changes, we’ve reinvented these staples to be more beautiful and versatile than ever before.

sustainable

We want to change the way people shop. We believe owning truly versatile clothing means you can buy fewer things, because each piece enables you to do much more.

We feel passionate about creating pieces we’ll keep and wear season after season.

Meg

because we live our lives like you do...

We value time and experiences above all else and sometimes, feel overwhelmed with the amount of *stuff* in the world. We want to do more, own less and spend time on the things and people that matter to us. We were brought together by this love of simplicity.

As a team, we embrace being international citizens — our founders Meg (yoga teacher) and Nina (former competitive gymnast) were born in Beijing and Frankfurt, eventually connecting in London and moving together to New York.

Our lives

on the way to Montauk for our first pop up in the Hamptons

The team thrives on diversity. We grew up on rural farms and in megacities, we’ve run marathons and newspapers, we’ve taught dance, yoga, piano and art. We’re a young team with our formative years coming at places like J.Crew, Everlane, Ikea, WPP, Opening Ceremony and Goldman Sachs — where our dreams of something beautiful and simple first started.

What’s important is that we spend time on the things we love (with the people we love). We believe that ADAY helps us do just that.
