ADAY is looking for an awesome individual to manage and execute ADAY’s media campaigns. You’ll be responsible for building a paid campaign that will deliver annual sales needs and executing across those channels - this includes, but is not limited to, creating a budget by channel, using social media platforms to actively manage performance, pitching new media platforms, testing these platforms, and providing feedback / ideas on creative campaigns.


You must have worked at a media company, ideally supporting a direct-to-consumer brand, or for a direct-to-consumer brand for at least 3 years on paid social media. You are analytical, hard-working, and thoughtful. You enjoy looking at numbers with new perspectives, asking why and running tests to determine the answer to that question. You must have in-depth knowledge of:

  • Paid social optimizations (proactive and reactive) and Programmatic & Performance management
  • Experience with social media strategy and implementation
  • Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis
  • Campaign management tools, including bid rules/management
  • Advanced search engine or social knowledge
  • Monitoring new search or social trends and products and evaluating application to ADAY
  • Budget/pacing and billing
  • Media sufficiency analysis

  • You're highly analytical, organized and efficient, with at least 2-5 years' work experience focusing on customer acquisition and growth.


  • Manage digital marketing strategy and budget to achieve performance-based goals while maximizing brand building activities

  • Adapt strategy to changing business priorities and/or market conditions as necessary, and execute on those changes quickly

  • Drive end-to-end campaign development, partnering with Brand and Creative to ensure that strategy delivers against KPI’s and supports business objectives

  • Own and actively optimize our digital marketing channels (paid and unpaid), including social, search, email, web, referral/loyalty

  • Develop, measure, and optimize KPI’s across campaigns and tactics for all areas of responsibility

  • Build and manage KPI dashboards; analyze results and provide learnings & recommendations on performance improvement

  • Serve as the expert on third-party digital platforms, tools, and partnerships

  • Stay on the vanguard of emerging technologies and trends that will support us in reaching our goals

  • Identify and recommend tools to refine and extend our capabilities

  • Oversee agency and vendor relationships
