NEW YORK, NY | Part-time

ADAY is looking for someone amazing to run our Showroom in Soho (New York). We're looking for someone to help provide our clients with the best possible shopping experience including, but not limited to, being an expert of the whole ADAY collection, having great conversations with customers + assisting them with any advice or issues (including processing returns and exchanges). Our ideal candidate is highly organized, tidy, goes above and beyond to make our customer experience excellent and, most of all, has a strong “client-first” mindset.

This will be a part-time role requiring some flexibility both during the week and on Saturdays. Our showroom is by-appointment only; please expect 15 to 20 appointments per week. Experience in Retail and Customer Service is a plus but definitely not required.


  • Talking to customers about ADAY

  • Helping customers with any styling questions and provide advice

  • Coming up with new and exciting ways to delight our customers

  • Schedules! - Yes, our showroom is by-appointment only so you should be super excited about managing the schedule for all the appointments

  • Making sure our showroom inventory is always updated and constantly liaising with the rest of the team to replenish stock

  • Working as a core member of a small team with limited resources; an awesome challenge
