A Message To Our Community
To our community:
We’ve found ourselves in a very unforeseen and uncertain situation together. As COVID-19 continues to spread and alter life as we know it for the time being, we wanted to share some updates.
Store locations: We’ve closed our New York and San Francisco stores, and our New York and London teams are working from home. Instead of in-person shopping experiences, our stylists would love to help you by phone, video or email. You can book a video appointment here, or reach us anytime at email@example.com. We’ll be offering styling sessions by phone, video + email, so you can get your ADAY questions answered (and talk to someone other than your plants/dogs/partner — because it’s been a long month already). More to come!
Returns: We’re extending our returns period to 60 days for all orders placed in March, so we can spare you a trip to the post office. We know you have other things to worry about right now.
Shipping: We are keeping a close eye on updates being provided by our shipping partners. Below is a summary of what we know:
+ DHL: Operating as normal in the USA, experiencing delayed delivery times in Europe, China and Hong Kong.
+ USPS: Operating as normal in the USA and abroad, may experience some delivery delays due to volume.
Product and supply chain safety: We are working closely with mills, factories, and logistics partners around the globe to prioritize the health and safety of their teams, their communities, and our customers. We continue to actively monitor the situation to ensure the safety of our products and compliance with all relevant WHO + CDC guidelines.
We’ll let you know if anything changes, but for now, let’s hang out on URL instead of IRL. In the meantime, take care of yourself, your loved ones and your community.
